Refund Policy

  • The refund percentages mentioned are for the full fee payment and not only for the amount paid. Refund percentages are applicable only if the complete fee of the product is paid without any balance. Applicants would not be eligible for the refund percentage even if they fall in one of the mentioned clauses or if they haven’t paid the complete full service fee mentioned.
  • Multiple times debiting of Candidate Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Candidate's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the candidate.
  • Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Candidate Card/Bank Account but if the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful, the Candidate would be provided with the Exam ID by Beingcert after proper verification and with no extra cost. However, if in such cases, the candidate wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded the net amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.
  • The Candidate will have to make a registration for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
  • The Registration will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by Beingcert through electronic mode in favor of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
  • Beingcert has a zero tolerance policy for charge backs. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently blacklisted and barred. Any past due fees and costs will be reported to all available Credit Reporting Agencies.
  • The client shall loyally reveal before Beingcert, each and every detail involving each and every case, existing or past, cases of wrong-doings and/or conviction, and insolvency leveled against the clients and those who are dependent on him. If he does not reveal such details, and if the same is found afterward, no refunds at all of the money given to Beingcert in question will be made
  • If your request for a refund falls under the acceptable terms and conditions of the Company and the service agreement, the time taken to process such a request would be 30 working days.
